Sometimes I Steal

Every now and then as I am scrolling though Facebook or Instagram, I come across some really great pictures, and I may or not help myself to them.  So, I am going to share some pictures of some special people to me, and I am not taking credit for one single picture!!  Is it illegal to steal from the internet?  Lindsey has mentioned a time or two that I might need to be a little careful of what I put on the old blog!!

Lillian's teacher is awesome about taking and posting pictures!!

And so is Reed's!!  Too cool for school!

My sweet cousin and his family!!  Good job Hunter!

More of Lillian at school!

Gracie and Scott-Gracie was the Junior Maid at GHS for Homecoming this year, and she is simply beautiful!! Scott's pretty handsome, too!

Charley, Christie, and Josey-Love these three!  I was actually keeping sweet Rylie the day this was taken-I think!

My aunt!  Awesome person and very deserving of this position!  If you live in Lauderdale County, please vote for her next week.  She won her primary with almost 70% of the vote!!

Seems like yesterday!!

This appeared on Lindsey's time hop a couple of weeks ago!  Time flies!!

This picture is my favorite!! This is my special cousin Anne and her daughter Jenna, and she never, ever lets you take a picture of her!  Good job to who ever snapped this one!!

Sweet Kristie and Anna on a recent camping trip!!

Be careful what you post!!  I'm always watching! ;)

Monkey Joe's, Bike Rides, and Barnyard Fun

Maddie was out for Fall Break, so we were able to have all three of our sweet babies for the week.  Trust me, fun was had by all. We worked hard this week on helping Reed master the steps.  He's got going upstairs down, but we are still working on coming down.  Also, no one got up before 6:00, so I call that a win!!  I love, love, love having these sweet babies, and I hope they will always love coming to visit!

We stopped by Monkey Joe's on the way home.  This was lots of fun! Reed loved his little area, and the girls popped in every now and then to play with him!  I didn't have my camera, so I didn't get to take many pictures.

Lillian has gotten very adventurous!  She loves doing everything her sister does, and this meant going down all the big slides.  Both girls had a  ball!!

Pop got some extra special help at the Senior meal at our church.  Notice that Lillian walked over to sit with Papa.  Love this!!!  The girls helped with tea and set up.  Reed was a trooper the entire time!!

My favorite times with the babies are simple times like this-just hanging out!!

Smores in the backyard!

The park was a big hit!!  I don't have many pictures of Maddie because she was busy riding her bike.  Lillian also enjoyed riding hers!
This one had a ball!!  I have to say-playing in the sand was his favorite!!

Lillian amazed me with this!!!  She has mastered the pole!!  I have to admit that it scared me to death!!!
 Sweet, fun times!

I thought I had taken enough to drink, but it was quite warm that day.  Papa to the rescue!!  He brought us some cold water!!  I do not remember Reed crying, so I'm not quite sure what that was about!

We ended this trip by going to the Tuscaloosa Barnyard.  Excuse me while I pat myself on the back-but I took all three by myself and not only survived but had a great time!!  There were chicks and rabbits to pet, but I drew the line at holding the rat!!

The baby goats were a big hit!

How cute is this little fellow?

Pony rides!

Next up was the hayride!!  The girls loved this jumper thing!

The little ones concentrated really hard on finding the perfect pumpkin!!

I also managed to get a little work in while they were visiting.  Kris and the boys came and played one afternoon.  They love cousin time.  I can't wait until our next visit.  Next up-bonefire and  Maddie's last regular season ballgame!

Go Generals

Maddie's cheerleading squad was able to participate in pregame events at a recent game.  I am amazed and just a little sad at how quickly she is growing up.  I am also ready for this youth football stuff to be over, so my babies can come back to visit.  Luckily, she has Fall Break next week, so they will get to come for a few days.

Reed enjoyed cheering on the team, too!  Here the girls are ready to hit the field!

This picture brings back lots of memories of her mom!

Ready for some action!

After they cheered at the victory line, they were able to come do a cheer on the sideline by the big cheerleaders!

I have made lots of trips east for great events like this, and I look forward to making quite a few more!!  Go Generals!

Ballgame Fun

Pop got a call from Josh asking if he'd like to accompany him and the girls to Alabama's game this weekend.  He was thrilled to have a little special time with them, and to have a break from putting in new floors.  (More on that later.)  Since they live deep in the heart of enemy territory, we've got to expose them to the good guys as much as possible.  (For example, Maddie says she's the only Alabama fan in her class!  How is that possible in this state?)  All photos are courtesy of Pop's phone.

The parade was a big hit!! They were able to get up close and personal!!

Pop loves his girls!!

After the parade, they journeyed (as in walked all the way to the quad) to spend a little time with Uncle C and Aunt Taylor.  They also got in a little gymnastics practice!!

Next, it was ballgame time!!  I am going to have to stop underestimating Lillian.  I never thought she'd survive all day and well into the night!  Not only did she survive, she loved every second of it.  I knew Maddie would be fine, but I just wasn't sure about Little Bit!!

They stayed all the way through Rammer Jammer!!  Way to go guys!!

And while they were having fun in Ttown, I was across the state having a ball with this cutie.  Lindsey still had to coach her cheerleaders at Maddie's game, and then she had to work at the school's Fall  Festival.  I loved having some one on one time with this one!!

This is the face I get now when I say cheese!!

We played a little ball!

We cut a little grass!

And every opportunity he gets, he eats!!!

Another great weekend is in the books!  They are coming to stay for several days next week when Maddie has Fall Break.  Pop and I have got to get floors in and the house back together before then.  Wish us luck!!
