Great Start to a New Year

The babies were here for a few days following Christmas.  They are gone now, and the house is awfully quiet!  Due to lots and lots of rain, we stayed inside quite a bit, and just enjoyed being together! We did get in a few buggy rides, and Maddie enjoyed the go cart a time or two!  The girls favorite thing this trip was spending a night with Uncle C and Aunt Taylor!

We did venture to Monkey Joe's for a little fun!  Strangely, I didn't have any pictures of them on the slides!  Reed enjoyed the toddler area, but his favorite was actually one of the slides!  He is as tough as he is cute!

The sisters dropped in to play with him every now and then!

We introduced them to the tradition of eating turnip greens on New Year's Day!  Actually, they didn't eat any, but they did help us get them ready to cook!

And Pop and Maddie had a successful hunt one afternoon!  Maddie was thrilled!  I highly recommend bright pink for all serious hunters!
