Easter 2016

We began Easter Sunday with a wonderful sunrise service with Hebron.  The weather moved the service inside this year, but  it was still a very special service!  Next, we continued on to Aunt Sandra's for a wonderful lunch and time with many of the family.  Everyone should be fortunate enough to have a professional caterer in the family.  Every event is always special!  And every picture tells a story!

These sweeties weren't able to be here with us, and they were missed!!  As were their mom and dad!

And on an entirely different note, the grand dog had a ball playing in the water and doing a little fishing this weekend!

Eggs and Stuff

Pop and I ventured over to east Alabama to spend a day with the babies.  Eggs, working on the tractor, playing in the water, and a little ice cream outing were among a day full of fun! They are out for Spring Break this week, so they will be here for a few days this week.  We are hoping to get in a little fishing, spend some time with the cousins, and just hang out.  If I haven't mentioned it lately, I love that my new job allows me more time to spend with these cuties!!

We decided that Reed's nap time would be the perfect time to dye Easter eggs!  The girls  both took this job very seriously!

I think Lillian got as much dye on her as on the eggs!

Easter Bunny

Once again, I am guilty of "borrowing" a few pictures from social media!  I just couldn't resist these precious pictures of the little ones at their preschool egg hunt!  Pop and I are headed that way later this week to spend a day with all three!  We plan to dye a few eggs and hopefully have a little egg hunt of our own!

Both Reed and the Easter Bunny have the same slightly bewildered look!!

On another note, I have been spending some time with the grand dog lately!

And because I hate to leave Maddie out, I'm including this picture of her from 3 years ago!  It is amazing how much she has grown!

Gator, Car and a Little Ball

Lindsey had some special training a couple of days this week, so I went to help out with daily duties.  I absolutely love taking Maddie to school, attending gymnastics and ball practice.  I also love spending time with the little ones.  I was going to take the little ones to preschool one day, and do a little work from home, but I just couldn't bring myself to do it.  Maybe next time!! My only regret is that Maddie is now in big school, and that really gets in the way of our fun!!


 They all love being outside, and the weather made that the perfect place to be! We always enjoy riding or pushing the gator!  

Notice sweet Lyla in the background.  She is fixing to bless them with a litter of kittens.  That should be fun!!

Maddie was at a church program and Reed was napping, so Lillian and I took a little trip to the park.
