Lindsey was in a wedding and Josh had clinicals, so guess who got to go to Alex City and keep Maddie? We had lots of fun! We read books, played with blocks, played outside, ate lots of little snacks, did a little shopping and even snuggled up on the couch for a nice long nap together. Surprisingly, I didn't have time to take many pictures. Usually when Pop is with us, we swap out and I can get pictures, but he wasn't with me on this trip. I did manage to get a few pictures at the wonderful park in Alex City. She will be visiting next weekend in Aliceville, and I can't wait. This grandparent thing is more fun than I could have ever imagined.
