Maddie and Pop enjoys flying kites. So on our recent short visit, we worked in a little time for just that. Maddie is so funny though. She likes to hold the kite and the string, but as soon as the kite starts going up in the air, she turns and runs to me as fast as she can. She likes to watch it in the air, but she won't hold the string when it's in the air. This was an extra special trip, because we made a new friend!

This is our new friend. He was riding his new bike in the park with his Papa.
"What can I do to help Pop?"

This time when she was ready to go, she took the package the kite came in to Pop.
Flying high!
