He is Risen

Many years ago, Reed and I began attending Sunrise Services across the river.  It is one of my favorite events of the year. Jeff and Lori are wonderful hostesses. There is just something special about listening to the Easter story while watching the sunrise over the horizon.  Easter is the time to rejoice and be thankful for the gifts of life, love and joy. This is the perfect setting to do just that.  I feel very blessed to be able to join the churches of Hebron, Panola and AFUMC and celebrate the resurrection of our Savior.  He is Risen Indeed!

Now on to my sweet family!  Maddie turns 12 this week.  I am not sure how that's possible.  She gets her own blog post this week!
