Pop and I woke up at 4:00 Saturday morning, and were in the car by 4:30 to head across the state to watch Lillian play in her first games of the season. Her team won 11-2 and 8-2. I must say that it was wonderful to be back at the ballpark watching her. Even after not playing last year due to the pandemic, she (and her team) didn't miss a beat!

She is lead off batter. This was her first at bat of the year, and also her first hit of the year, and her first score!

Holding down second! And headed home-we're working on not watching the ball-:) She made a fantastic tag for the last out in her second game. No pictures of that though-I was busy cheering her on!
I am headed back this week to watch Reed in his first soccer game of the season, and then back to watch Lillian play again. It's a busy time, but I love it!!
