I recently took a little trip down memory lane. When Caleb was little he spent hours playing with his little cars and tractors. Neither of our children were ever big television watchers or video game players. However, Caleb could occupy himself for quite awhile with his cars, trucks and farm animals. We saved a big bucket of his favorites, and now Maddie enjoys playing with them. It was really fun to watch them playing together with them. ( I almost got a little teary eyed!)

He had his very own police force among other things!
She spent quite some time emptying the bucket and
lining things up on the coffee table, just like Uncle C!
(The stacking blocks were actually her mom's when
she was little.)
She also helped Uncle C clean out his billfold.
And she "read" the newspaper to him!
