One Fish, Two Fish......

Actually it was just one fish-but boy we had fun catching him.  We made a quick afternoon trip with Maddie on what we think was her first trip fishing.  She had her very own Tinkerbell light-up rod and reel that we got at the Bass Pro Shop.  She enjoyed fishing, but as soon as Reed caught his first fish, she was ready to go.  She enjoyed riding in the boat and  watching the birds.  We also saw an armadillo on the bank that she tried to call to come in the boat.  What a day!!

A short, sweet trip and lots of fun on a beautiful afternoon! Maddie has gone home now, but I was able to get ahead with a few blogs while she was here.  More to come.......
