The Sandbox and Park

 On the day we planned to take Maddie home, our goal was to keep her awake so she would sleep on the way to meet her mom.  Well, in order to do this we played in the sand box and yard, went to the park and out to eat for lunch.  The plan worked....But, she still woke up about 15 miles out of town.  However, due to the wonderful invention of  a portable DVD, we had a wonderful trip.  I think she would travel to California as long as she could watch Miss Patty Cake or Barney!

Uncle C was helping her play, but he had just gotten up and threatened my life if I put pictures of him on the blog.......I tried to assure him that he looked great with a mohawk.
